All products are made in our industrial kitchen in Bekkestua. We use purely Norwegian meat and we follow all good practices from the Norwegian Food Authority, Mattilsynet. Chef Pinoy is a brand under our company East West Catering AS.
MEAT BASED PRODUCTS
Sweet and savoury with garlic
A classic staple in Filipino cuisine, it's the longanisa. There are many varieties in the Philippines, ours resemble the Tagalog version yet it has our twist on it. It's coarse ground sausage made from pork and pork fat. Great for dipping in coconut vinegar.
